MGM, in collaboration with Chef Nic, the culinary lifestyle brand founded by Nicholas Tse, is hosting the ‘MGM Cotai Rock Food Festival’ for the third time. The first floor platform of MGM Cotai will be transformed into a fragrant rock stage! Nicholas Tse will lead several popular Hong Kong singers to visit, with a surprise appearance by South Korean singing and dancing queen Jessica Jung and Thailand’s popular OST band SCRUBB. Over two days, ten singers will present a 5-hour outdoor rock music and food festival. In addition to the music stage, Chef Nic and his team of ‘Chef Nic’ chefs will continue to lead a group of elite chefs from MGM to create exquisite and authentic specialty dishes. Southeast Asian popular food stores KEK and After You will make a two-day flash visit to Macau, with signature dishes such as ‘Spicy Fried Crab’ and ‘Ice Bread’ being served at MGM. From the selected dishes designed by the team of famous chefs to the Southeast Asian flavor impact on the taste buds, a unique ‘journey of taste buds’ will be created for everyone over two days. The event is open from November 30th to December 1st, with performance times and durations subject to the on-site schedule.
