The Pudong New Area Lujiazui Library is located in the heart of the Pudong Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone, with a total construction area of approximately 3,577 square meters. It is a public library at the district level serving the public welfare. Equipped with an advanced RFID automated management system, the library adopts an integrated layout for collection and reading areas, providing an open-shelf service that integrates collection, search, borrowing, and reading. The library currently has nine service windows open to the public: Adult Lending Room, Adult Reading Room, Electronic Reading Room, Children’s Room, Financial Library, Comprehensive Activity Room, Shared Engineering Video Playback Hall, Lujiazui Talent Port Branch, and a 24-hour self-service library outside the building. The opening hours are Monday 13:00-20:00 and Tuesday-Sunday 09:00-20:00. The Comprehensive Lending Room and Financial Library are open from Monday 13:00-20:00 to Tuesday-Sunday 09:00-20:00. The Children’s Room is open from Monday to Friday 13:30-17:30 and Saturday-Sunday 09:00-17:00. The self-service reading room is open daily from 08:00-22:00.
