The 2024 Shanghai Super Cup, also known as the 2024 Shanghai Trophy, is set to continue its legacy of excitement during the Golden Week holiday in October. Scheduled from October 3rd to 5th, the event will take place at the Pudong Development Bank Oriental Sports Center’s Sea King Crown Stadium, attracting over 200 elite athletes and international referees from around the globe to gather along the Huangpu River. Since its inception in 2016, the Shanghai Super Cup has become one of China’s most influential figure skating events and the only annual ice spectacle held regularly south of the Yangtze River. The 2023 edition, which marked a triumphant return, received widespread acclaim from athletes and ice enthusiasts alike, showcasing the charm of Shanghai and providing local ice sports lovers with a long-awaited performance. This year, the 2024 Shanghai Super Cup will feature three competition categories: short track speed skating, figure skating, and synchronized skating. The short track speed skating section will include seven events, such as men’s and women’s 500m, 1000m, 1500m, and a 2000m mixed team relay, inviting top-ranked countries and teams from the 2024 International Skating Union Short Track Speed Skating World Cup. The figure skating section will include men’s and women’s singles, pairs, and ice dance events, inviting the top 16 figure skaters and pairs from the 2024 World Figure Skating Championships. The synchronized skating section will feature short and free programs, inviting the top 10 teams from the 2024 International Skating Union Synchronized Skating World Championships. Ticket prices and seating charts will be available in two categories: standard tickets and family tickets. The event schedule will be provided. An entry diagram will be available for attendees. A few reminders for the event: 1. The event will be held in separate day and night sessions on October 3rd and 4th, with the venue being cleared after the day sessions. Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff for orderly exit or entry. 2. The event will implement real-name entry with ID card verification. Attendees should bring their original ID documents for verification. 3. Please cooperate with security checks. Those who refuse will be denied entry. 4. It is strictly forbidden to bring flammable, explosive, and hard or soft packaged beverages, large hard fruits and food, knives, lighters, fragile items, and various hard containers or other hard items into the venue. It is also strictly forbidden to bring sharp objects or items that can easily cause personal injury, such as baseball bats, long sticks, long umbrellas, camera and video camera stands (except for authorized personnel with permits), unauthorized walkie-talkies, various amplification devices (including larger speakers), laser devices, and radio equipment into the venue.
5. Do not cross the grandstand barriers or enter the playing field; violators will be subject to legal penalties. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the venue; please smoke in the designated areas. 6. Any behavior that disrupts the order of the match, public order, infringes upon the personal safety of others, or may affect the safety of the game or others, if dissuaded on-site without effect, security personnel have the right to expel or forcibly remove and legal punishment will follow. Those penalized for such behavior will be denied entry to the venue. 7. The stadium strictly prohibits the entry of long-handled umbrellas. In case of rain, it is recommended to bring raincoats or short-handled umbrellas. Leave the venue orderly after the game, do not crowd, and do not linger around the field. 8. The venue does not provide public parking for spectators; it is recommended to use public transportation for a green travel option. Six, Ticket Purchase须知: 1. This event implements electronic tickets, which are valid only on the day of the event, one person per ticket (children over six years old require a full ticket). Children over the age of six must enter with a ticket; children under six years old (including six years old) do not need a separate ticket (must be accompanied by a parent and use the same seat), and children can use household registration books, identity cards, passports, and other valid documents. 2. Each person can purchase up to 4 tickets per match for this event; ticket buyers must purchase tickets with the real name of the spectator, personal valid identification documents, and personal valid mobile phone numbers. Spectators must also take screenshots and properly keep the electronic ticket information. 3. Ticket refund rules: (1) Ticket buyers who purchase tickets through the Jiu Shi Sports APP platform (including mini-programs) can apply for a refund from the original ticket channel’s customer service before 24:00 on September 26, 2024, and provide relevant refund information. A service fee of 10% of the actual paid price of the refunded ticket will be deducted, and the remaining ticket amount will be returned within 7 working days through the original route; (2) From 00:00 on September 27, 2024, no refunds will be accepted in any form. 4. This event implements real-name system ID card comparison with face entry; spectators should bring their original ID documents for verification. 5. The schedule and specific start time of each match in this event may change, and the event organizer has the final adjustment right. 6. Adhere to the ‘2024 Shanghai Super Cup Spectator须知’ and accept the jurisdiction of the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Seven, Spectator须知: 1. This event implements real-name system ID card comparison with face entry; spectators should bring their original ID documents for verification. Spectators with passports or Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan travel permits, as well as minors who have not obtained ID cards, should go through the manual service channel for verification before entering. 2. Consciously accept security checks; those who do not cooperate with security checks will be refused entry.

It is strictly prohibited to bring flammable, explosive items, and beverages in soft or hard packaging, larger hard fruits and foods, knives, lighters, fragile items, and various hard containers or other hard items into the venue; sharp objects or items that can easily cause personal injury such as baseball bats, long sticks, long-handled umbrellas, camera and video camera supports (except those carried by authorized personnel with credentials) are also strictly forbidden; unauthorized walkie-talkies, various amplifiers (including large loudspeakers), laser devices, and radio equipment are not allowed inside the venue. 4. Opening hours are from October 3rd to October 5th, 13:00 to 22:00, with the actual operating status subject to the conditions on the day.
