Introduction to Dianne Reeves. Dianne Reeves, a five-time Grammy Award winner, is one of the world’s leading jazz vocalists and is recognized as one of the ‘top three contemporary jazz divas’. With her excellent singing skills, improvisational ability, and unique jazz and R&B interpretation style, Dianne Reeves won the Grammy for ‘Best Jazz Vocal Album’ for three consecutive albums. She is the first musician in Grammy history to win a vocal award three times in a row. In the film industry, Dianne Reeves is also involved. She won the Grammy for ‘Best Jazz Vocal Album’ for the soundtrack of the six-time Oscar-nominated film ‘Good Night, and Good Luck’ directed by Hollywood actor George Clooney. In 2022, she sang for the film ‘The Woman King’ starring Oscar-nominated supporting actress Viola Davis. She has performed at the White House many times, and former US President Obama is also among her guests. She also holds honorary doctorates from Berklee College of Music and The Juilliard School and is awarded the highest honor for American jazz artists – the title of Jazz Master by the National Endowment for the Arts.
