There are popular science knowledge about bird evolution, bird migration, bird reproduction, and bird survival. Multimedia teaching allows children to learn while having fun and have a deeper understanding and recognition of birds and nature. Peacocks Flying to the Southeast The peacock is known as the king of birds. It is a beautiful ornamental bird and a symbol of beauty, luxury, and auspiciousness. The peacock’s head is emerald green, and the crest is blue-green and pointed. The upper tail coverts are extremely long, forming a tail screen. When it spreads its tail, it is like a round fan, bright and beautiful. The ‘Peacocks Flying to the Southeast’ performance is very spectacular and beautiful. Hundreds of peacocks perform affectionately. A poignant and spectacular love story will make your trip worthwhile and leave you lingering. Waterfowl Comprehensive Garden Dozens of precious and rare bird species live leisurely in the lake in the park. In the early morning and evening every day, this is an interesting bird-watching station. Groups of black swans, mute swans, whooper swans, bar-headed geese, ruddy shelducks, etc. play in the water, chase, snatch food, and frolic here, composing a harmonious hymn of life in nature. Parrot World This is a colorful world. Tens of thousands of parrots from five continents gather here. It is a veritable world parrot expo garden and will become a free-range parrot habitat with a large number of species and complete varieties in China and even Asia. Flamingo Bay With long necks, thin legs, white bodies, and pointed beaks… Against the backdrop of water features and woods, a group of holy angels suddenly appear in your sight. Yes, this is Flamingo Bay. Flamingos from Africa are flapping their beautiful feathers to welcome your arrival. Raptor Garden In the ecosystem, raptors have a smaller number of individuals than other groups, but they are at the top of the food chain and play a very important role.
Also known by the nickname ‘fighter’. As you enter the park, you will find it distinctive, and while exploring this exhibit, you can observe their sharp talons and wide-spread wings up close. The Ostrich Garden houses the African ostrich, the largest, heaviest, and fastest running bird in the world, the only species in the ostrich order, and a representative of the ratites. It can grow up to 3 meters tall, and its eggs are the largest in the world today. They possess the world’s largest eye, beautiful and bright. Next to the ostriches live the emus, which are similar in appearance, gentle, and docile. In the Cormorant Bay reside the cormorants, also known as fish eagles or water ducks, which are excellent fishing birds. Some fishermen in the southern water towns use them as fishing tools. There is a poem in the Book of Songs describing the cormorant: ‘Guan Guan Ju Jiu, on the isle of the river. Graceful maiden, a fine match for a gentleman.’ The ‘Ju Jiu’ in the poem refers to the cormorant, hence it also symbolizes a happy and harmonious marriage. Swans have long been known to humans. Due to their white feathers, elegant posture, touching calls, and loyal behavior, both Eastern and Western cultures have unanimously used the white swan as a symbol of purity, loyalty, and nobility. Our Oriental Bird World features swan species such as black swans, great swans, and mute swans. Swans are excellent flyers, capable of flying up to 9 kilometers in height and crossing the world’s highest peak, Mount Everest. The Incubation Center is the hatching base of the Oriental Bird World, where various birds are hatched every year and meet visitors. Little ostriches, parrots, cormorants, and swans are among the favorite science education spots for children… If you also love birds, want to understand them, and explore the unknown secrets of nature, you are welcome to the Oriental Bird World to experience a different kind of bird language and fragrance… Open all year round from 08:30 to 17:00.
