Kishu-an Literary Forest is a traditional Japanese-style building surrounded by pine trees, camellias, banyan trees, azaleas, and other lush greenery. To the east of the building lies an expansive lawn. It was a hub for literati and a trendsetting place for literature at the time. The opening hours are from Tuesday to Thursday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and from Friday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM all year round.
