In addition to the Statue of Liberty that has been humorously parodied, Taipei is also home to a replica sculpture of the iconic figure. This replica is located on Shazi Island in Shilin District, not far from the Zhoumei Bridge. If you happen to be visiting the riverside park and pass by this area, it’s worth taking a moment to admire the statue. The site is open all year round, with access available at all times.
