It is a building in the shape of a conch. The museum is themed on marine culture and covers local history, ethnic groups and folk customs. It consists of three parts: ‘Marine Ecology Exhibition’, ‘Marine Culture Exhibition’, and ‘Fangchenggang City History and Folk Customs Exhibition’. It is an important place for citizens to learn marine knowledge and understand local history.

Opening hours: Open from Tuesday to Sunday throughout the year, 09:00 – 17:00; closed all day on Monday throughout the year. The specific business status is subject to the opening situation on that day.

Service facilities: Audio guide rental: Voice-guided tour. Our museum provides voice-guided tour services for visiting tourists. If needed, relevant procedures can be handled at the front desk consultation area. Specific contents are as follows:

1. Before renting, valid documents such as ID cards and student ID cards must be presented and pledged, and the voice-guided tour equipment usage registration form must be filled in truthfully;

2. Friends without valid documents need to pay a deposit of 100 yuan;

3. The guide equipment must be returned to the service front desk within 3 hours. The staff will return the documents or deposit after confirming that the guide machine is in good condition;

4. In case of damage or loss of the guide equipment due to human reasons, compensation shall be made as appropriate or at the original price;

5. Tourists can independently choose Chinese/English audio according to their needs;
