Tianzhu Lake is a new scenic spot in Xinchang County. It is at the foot of Tianzhu Ridge in Shili Qianxi, 7 kilometers away from the county seat. On the canyon of Zhamengtou Mountain and Xiaotianlong Mountain at the foot of Tianzhu Ridge, a reservoir dam 73 meters long and 26 meters high turns the water of mountain streams into a lake – Tianzhu Lake. Tianzhu Lake is more than 3 kilometers long, sometimes wide and sometimes narrow. It is several hundred meters wide at its widest and only a few meters narrow. It winds and extends into the secluded valley. The lake water is pure and the waves are rippling. Taking a dragon boat or speedboat, tourists can enjoy the primitive power station and the magnificent dam and appreciate the scenery along the lake. The mountains here are not high. They are stacked in layers and in an orderly manner. The trees are lush, high and low, and the forest waves are surging. From time to time, a stone forest emerges in the woods, steep and magnificent, strange in shape. From time to time, one or two huge rocks protrude, looking like gods or beasts, extremely vivid and amazing. In the shallow water bay of Tianzhu Lake tourist area, there are also some participatory projects such as fishing area and barbecue area, with unique flavors. In addition, more than 10 exquisite small bamboo buildings are built on some low slopes in the mountains for tourists to rest.
