Generally speaking: for a simple experience, consider a 90-minute experience course or a 4-hour introductory course. For in-depth learning, consider 6-hour, 8-hour, or 10-hour courses. A day usually includes one to two lessons, which can be flexibly arranged based on the students’ physical strength and time. After 4 hours (inclusive), each lesson is two hours long, with a coach-to-student ratio of 1:4.
