Dongzhai Port Mangroves is a tranquil nature reserve.
Mangroves exhibit a tenacious vitality, with almost all but the treetops submerged during high tide, gradually revealing their trunks at low tide.
Tourists can fully appreciate the beautiful scenery of the mangroves by boat, and if fortunate, may also spot various birds, especially during the autumn and winter seasons when it becomes a paradise for migratory birds. Opening hours: 08:30-18:30, January 1st to December 31st.
