Fuli Red Mangrove Bay is a high-end eco-tourism project meticulously crafted by Fuli Real Estate, leveraging the local scarce resource advantages. The total area covers approximately 8000 acres with a total construction area of about 2.3 million square meters, including about 1500 acres of mangroves and water areas of about 788 acres. The project is divided into two major sections, the South and North, by the No. 2 Bridge for development. The first phase of development in the South includes a championship 18-hole professional golf course (divided into two courses, A and B, each with 9 holes), a Hilton DoubleTree hotel, a Spanish-style commercial street, a 7900 square meter golf clubhouse (equipped with boutique and merchandise areas, a SPA center, etc., providing a high-end luxury consumption platform and high-quality health services for customers), Canadian-style waterfront wooden houses, and a yacht display area meticulously developed later at the No. 2 Bridge.
Fuli Red Mangrove Bay encompasses three core functions: ecological scenery, sports, and vacation living. The overall design focuses on Spanish-style golf landscape villas (with beige as the main tone, off-white as the secondary tone, and red barrel tiles on the roof), highlighting a bright color sense and spatial hierarchy. Surrounded by golf courses, it creates a strong exotic atmosphere with a relaxed and comfortable living scale. Opening hours are from 7:00 to 19:00.
