Ginkgo Swan Lake is located in Youchegang Town, Xiuzhou District, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, adjacent to Shanghai in the east, Hangzhou in the west, Hangzhou Bay in the south, and Suzhou in the north, with very convenient transportation. It is a cultural tourism and vacation complex that integrates ecological and natural symbiosis, wisdom and technology coexistence, and art and humanistic intermingling. The total area of the first phase of the project is about 2120 acres, including more than 1000 acres of water area.
This place possesses the beauty of nature, ecology, art, and architecture, relying on natural ecological landscapes, utilizing rich water resources, blending strong contemporary culture, and incorporating a ginkgo viewing forest composed of 30,000 ginkgo trees, breeding herbivorous animals such as sika deer, black swans, and alpacas, as well as a 5-kilometer tram around the lake. Additionally, it has created distinctive projects such as the Ogihara Art Museum·Ginkgo Pavilion, wedding ceremony hall, water town folklore, and resort hotels, providing natural regeneration, art exhibitions, aesthetic design, happy living experiences, and cultural heritage for everyone who loves nature and life. Opening hours are from 09:00 to 18:00 all year round.
Preferential policies for children: Free for those under 1.2 meters (excluding) in height (one adult can take two children who meet the free ticket policy into the park), and discounted tickets for those between 1.2 meters (including) and 1.4 meters (excluding) in height. For the elderly: Discounted tickets for those aged 70 and above with a valid second-generation ID card. For students: Discounted tickets for full-time university undergraduates and below with a student ID. For military personnel: Discounted tickets for active military personnel with a military ID, non-commissioned officer retirement certificate, and dependents of martyrs, military personnel who died in service, and those who died of illness (three categories). For retired cadres: Free with a retirement certificate issued by the State Council and the Central Military Commission. For disabled people: Free with a disability certificate (issued by the China Disabled Persons’ Federation), disabled military personnel certificate (issued by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People’s Republic of China), disabled people’s police certificate, disabled civil servant certificate, disabled national organ staff certificate, war and service disability certificate, and disabled militia and worker certificate.
Admission method: This product is a paper ticket. After successful purchase, please go to the South Visitor Center and exchange for the corresponding paper ticket with information such as ID card/mobile phone number/order number, and enter the park with the paper ticket. Regarding arrival method: For self-driving visitors, search for ‘Ginkgo Swan Lake’ in the navigation to reach directly. (Park address: Intersection of Zhengyuan Road and Chejia Road, Youchegang Town, Xiuzhou District, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province). Regarding refunds: For successfully purchased and unconsumed orders, refunds are supported but changes are not. Package tickets do not support partial refunds or changes. Before the order is unconsumed, you can apply for a refund online, and the payment will be refunded according to the original payment path within 7 working days. The specific time is subject to the arrival time of each bank. Regarding picnics: You are welcome to bring your own picnic mat and enjoy a relaxed time outdoors. Indoor venues do not allow the use of picnic mats. As the park lawn is still in the maintenance period, barbecuing and picnicking are not allowed in the park. Staff have the right to stop such behaviors. For civilized picnicking, please take away the garbage on your own initiative and throw it into the classified garbage bins. The beautiful park environment needs your support and joint construction. Regarding pets: Under the premise of taking safety precautions, you are welcome to bring your pet on a leash into the park. (Fierce dogs banned in cities, unvaccinated dogs and cats, and pets in heat or pregnancy are not allowed to enter the park). In principle, indoor venues and some amusement facilities do not allow pets to enter. Regarding parking: Parking fee standard at Ginkgo Swan Lake: free within 30 minutes, 5 yuan for 30 minutes to 2 hours, and 10 yuan for more than 2 hours. Water safety: The lake area in the park is large and the water is deep. Swimming, fishing and other activities are not allowed in the lake. Staff have the right to stop such behaviors. Closed areas: Some venues such as Qunshan Peninsula and Qishi Garden in the park are under construction. To avoid unnecessary dangers, closed areas are not open to visitors. Regarding animal feeding: The small animals in the park have special food for feeding. To ensure their health and safety, please do not bring your own food to feed the small animals. If abnormal situations occur due to private feeding, the park will hold you accountable and impose fines. In case of rain, strong wind and other severe weather or construction, animal breeding period and other force majeure factors, the viewing and feeding services in some animal areas will be suspended. Park opening instructions: The park is open from 09:00 to 16:00. Tourists participating in water projects can leave the park at the latest by 18:00. To ensure safety, the park may adjust the opening and closing times due to abnormal weather, event reservations and other force majeure factors. Some venues and amusement facilities may suspend services due to reservations, equipment maintenance and other situations. The specific situation shall be subject to the actual announcements in the park on the day of play. Regarding waiting: The number of facilities such as kayaks, paddle boards and bicycles in the park is limited, and there may be waiting situations. Your understanding is appreciated.
Regarding the small train: Currently, the departure station of the sightseeing small train around the lake is the second station – North Wing. The fixed departure times are 10:00 am and 1:30 pm every day. The trains depart on time. After entering the park, please be sure to arrive at the departure platform 10 to 15 minutes in advance to line up and wait for the train. There are three models of small trains. You can take one randomly. The whole experience is about 5 kilometers. It takes about 60 minutes to circle the lake and you can see the entire panorama of Ginkgo Swan Lake. The park will increase the number of departures according to the daily passenger flow and inform you in advance before you enter the park. Due to the limited number of seats on each train, there may be a waiting situation at the waiting site. Thank you for your understanding.
