It boasts a central court, two indoor venues, three indoor venues, six indoor tennis courts, and fourteen outdoor tennis courts, totaling twenty-five international standard tennis courts. Additionally, it is equipped with one outdoor basketball court, one five-a-side football field, and nine indoor badminton courts. Since 2005, it has continuously hosted four Tennis Masters Cups and eleven ATP 1000 Shanghai Rolex Masters, presenting Chinese audiences with match after match of world-class tennis masters. The center is open year-round from Monday to Thursday, 08:00-20:00; and from Friday to Sunday, 08:00-21:00 (during daylight saving time, the hours are 08:00-12:00 and 15:00-20:00).
