The Cultural Centre is located on Avenida Dr. Sun Yat-sen, serving as a venue for cultural and artistic performances. It comprises a landscape park, a theater building, and an art museum building. The theater building features a comprehensive theater that can accommodate over a thousand people and a smaller theater for four hundred. The art museum houses five exhibition areas and is a large-scale visual arts exhibition space, frequently hosting high-quality exhibitions. It is open to the public from 09:00 to 19:00 all year round, with facility access for the public from 9 AM to 7 PM daily, or until the end of the last event of the day.
