Penghu San Guan Dian, formerly known as Jiayin Pavilion or Wuli Pavilion, was constructed during the Qianlong era
Hu Ge, the Magistrate of Penghu, observed that there was no shade along the road from Wen’ao to Magong, and thus built the pavilion for travelers to rest
The temple faces south and is dedicated to the Three Officials, commonly referred to as ‘San Jie Gong’
