Qingyin Cave

Qingyin Cave is a natural rock cave located at the midpoint of the base of the Great Buddha Rock. The cave stands 3.5 meters high, with an entrance diameter of 2.2 meters and an interior depth and width of approximately 4 meters each.

On the right side of the cave, there is a stone seam that is 20 meters long and only 10 centimeters wide, running straight through to the top of the cave. Sunlight shines through this seam, which is referred to as the ‘Peach Blossom Slit Sky’.

This cave is connected to another cave mouth on the northern side of the Xiazhi Gate Cliff, and it is known for its ability to transmit sound clearly and distinctly, hence the name ‘Qingyin Cave’. This feature coincides with the Qingyin Cave described in the book ‘The Legend of the Condor Heroes’, and it is a significant attraction of the Condor Heroes Tourist City.

The cave is open all year round from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
