Located in the central part of Hainan Island, at the southern foot of Wuzhi Mountain, Qixianling Hot Springs Golf Club is situated within the Qixianling Hot Springs Resort area. It is an international standard 18-hole golf course, meticulously designed and built by the American JFO Golf Course Design Company, with a total length of 7061 yards.
The course design skillfully integrates the characteristics of vegetation under the tropical monsoon climate with the unique mountainous and hilly terrain of the golf course. It features a mix of oak forests, coconut groves, gentle flat areas, and elevated views of the surrounding mountains, offering a challenging and entertaining experience. Lakes and mountain streams crisscross the course, with artificial and natural waterfalls creating a soothing ambiance. The first nine holes are set amidst the tropical rainforest, while the second nine offer views of the Qixianling fairyland and the modern town nestled in the jungle. The lower front and higher back provide golfers with an extremely pleasant golfing experience.
The 13th hole, with its commanding view, presents a clear overview of the entire fairway. Although the wide fairway may seem easy to navigate, the stream running across it about 150 yards from the green and the eight sand traps surrounding the green like stars around the moon will keep golfers on their toes. The 18th hole is a scenic masterpiece. Standing on the tee, to the left is the main mountain range of the Qixianling Hot Springs Scenic Area—the Qixianling, and in front is the tranquil lake. The peninsula-shaped green is just ahead, watching the triumphant return of conquerors. The narrow fairway and wide water features of the 18th hole will surely leave a memorable impression on your Qixianling golf journey. The open, exquisite, and minimalist golf clubhouse offers a broad view of the lush golf course, dense tropical rainforest, and the fairyland-like Qixianling, seamlessly blending into the harmonious nature. The total length is 7061 yards, with a standard par of 72. The black tee is 7061 yards, blue tee is 6648 yards, white tee is 6278 yards, and red tee is 5681 yards. The course is open all year round from 07:30 to 18:00, with specific times subject to on-site announcements. Tee-off tips include the course scale: 18 holes, designed by American designers, course style: mountain course style, grass types: fairway (seashore paspalum), green (seashore paspalum), course length: 7151 yards, standard par: 72, course area: approximately 1488 acres.
