On the 94th floor, one can also purchase and mail postcards. The 100th floor, at 474 meters, features a distinctive 55-meter-long suspended observation corridor with three transparent glass floors, offering a clear view of vehicles and pedestrians on the ground below. The 97th floor, at 439 meters, boasts a unique open glass ceiling design; on clear days, the glass ceiling slides open to the sides, making the observation deck feel like a floating ‘sky bridge’ in the air. The 94th floor, at 423 meters, offers an 8-meter-high, spacious area with a panoramic view of the Huangpu River, a souvenir shop, a café, and opportunities to take commemorative photos. Various exhibitions and events can also be held here. Operating hours are from 11:00 to 21:00 all year round. Preferential policies include free admission for children under 1 meter in height or under 3 years of age; discounted tickets for children between 1 meter and 1.4 meters in height, seniors aged 60 and above, students under 23 years of age with valid student ID or ID, individuals with disabilities with valid documents, disabled military personnel with valid documents, active-duty military personnel with valid documents, retired cadres with valid documents, and martyrs’ families with valid documents.
