The ‘Echoes of the Street: Global Street Art Exhibition’ is co-hosted by A.F.A and the American Graffiti Art Museum, showcasing the works of numerous globally renowned graffiti artists. This includes live graffiti pieces by New York’s graffiti pioneers DOC TC5 and JON ONE, as well as a collection of historical photos and original drawings, trendy sculptures, and more, dating back to the 1970s when the youth were at their most creative. The exhibition recreates scenes such as subway stations, graffiti parks, schools, and record stores, filled with original works from top graffiti artists including TONES (Switzerland), SABE (Denmark), MARVEL (Sweden), MUGRE DIAMANTE (Colombia), NOAH (USA), KET (USA), GAS and VANCE (China), as well as graffiti works by Korean artists WEZT, SPIV, and JAYFLOW, BLADE (USA), STILL ALIVE (Switzerland), XEME (China), and SHOE (Netherlands). Through immersive interactive experiences, the exhibition brings to life the streets of New York from the 1970s and 1980s. You can explore the streets and try your own ‘writing’ style, travel to the city where graffiti art was born, and feel the charm that graffiti art brings. Please step into the exhibition, take as many photos as you like, enjoy this unparalleled art feast, and engage in a fulfilling dialogue with these artists who continuously push the limits. Open from October 1st to December 31st, subject to the actual venue.
