Zhenxi Fort is a high-altitude mountain settlement located in Jianshi Township, inhabited by the indigenous Thao people. The Shenmu Forest is situated to the south of Jinajishan, to the northwest of Ma Wangshan, to the southeast of Bunugali Mountain, and to the north of Mayang Mountain, with an elevation of approximately over two thousand meters. It is currently one of the largest virgin forests with over 200 giant trees such as red cypress and Chinese arborvitae. The area is open all year round, accessible 24 hours a day.
