The World Skills Museum is situated in the Yangpu Binjiang area of Yangpu District, featuring a four-story beamless warehouse structure built in 1921. It stands by the Yangpu Bridge, overlooking the river. The western warehouse retains its original cement roughcast exterior, while the eastern side is adorned with silk-screened glass panels bearing the same textures. The museum is open year-round from Tuesday to Sunday, 09:00 AM to 17:00 PM; it remains closed all day on Mondays.
