Xianghui Hermitage, located in Feisha Ao Dong Qingshi Bay, was reconstructed by monk Guangyu on the ruins of the old Changhui Hermitage during the Qing Jiaqing period.

In the autumn of the 18th year of the Guangxu era (1892), monk Hua Chi carried out renovations. After 1960, it was converted into residential housing.

In 1988, the Buddhist Association reclaimed and restored the site through a housing exchange, with a construction area of 890.92 square meters, including 32 rooms and halls. Some residential areas are still awaiting relocation.

The site is open to visitors from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM all year round.
