Xie’s Art Collection Museum

Xie’s Art Collection Museum, located in Xishan Road, Haining City, covers an area of 14 acres with a construction area of 13,000 square meters and is a private comprehensive art museum.

The museum’s basic exhibition is spread across four floors, divided into twelve sub-areas. The first floor primarily displays ancient ceramics, showcasing over 60 pieces of pottery from the Song, Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties.

The second floor features two main exhibits: one is ancient agricultural tools, and the other is the so-called ‘Red Marriage’ used in weddings, which spans ‘ten miles’.

The third floor is divided into six projects: old records, phonographs, radios, televisions, old-fashioned telephones, and old mobile phones.

The fourth floor mainly exhibits ‘Month’ brand cigarette beauty advertisements and various maps. The products in the advertisements are primarily cigarettes, including ‘Old Blade’, ‘Hatman’, ‘Beauty’, and ‘Government’ brands, representing the aesthetic tastes of the time.
