Yixin Society has a very unique development history in Penghu
Public temples in various places are often advocated and built by the official or jointly funded by residents of the same village
However, Yixin Society alone uses the power of Luan Hall (charitable hall) associations to create the ‘Yixin Society’s Shengzhen Treasure Palace’, setting a precedent for building temples through charitable halls
