Zhi Shan Rock, previously known as ‘Yuan Shan Zai’, is an isolated hill composed of Tertiary sandstone. It is the sole remaining site of the Zhi Shan Rock cultural layer in the Taipei area, and it is a treasure trove of diverse and unique assets that combine geography, history, culture, landscape, and ecology. Visitors can gain insight into its origins through the exhibition facilities and ecological tours available here, making it an ideal destination for family outings with children. The park is open year-round from Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
